How many of you are out there still rockin' a 2000's or older Peterbilt truck? A lot of you! Because they're great trucks! But you know as well as we do, things wear out eventually. We've seen many many of these trucks come through the door with 1 or even both hood cables broken or worse, the mounting stud pulled out of the aluminum on the hood! Then you are kind of out of options to fix it. Well not anymore! This is our Hood Cable Repair Kit built in mind for Peterbilt 379's, 389's and 359's, but can be used on any range of trucks as long as you have a way to secure it! Hood cables only offered for those 3 models. Can be used for hood spring mounts as well, but require the hump where the spring mount protrudes to be flattened or cut out. Currently working on designing one that wouldn't require as extensive modifications to mount

You will need to drill out where the stud originally was mounted large enough for the plate to mount flat against the hood as well as 6 holes just large enough for the rivets to pass through.
